Standard UK Delivery Via Royal Mail Second class ( 2-3 working days ) on All orders - FREE
Express UK Delivery via Fedex, Evri or UPS ( 1-2 working days )- £3.99-£6.99 ( depending on the size of the order )

International Delivery

Standard Delivery via Royal Mail - VARIABLE ( depending on your location )
Tracked Service via Royal Mail, DPD, Fedex or other - VARIABLE ( depending on your location )

Delivery Times 

All your orders are dispatched the Next Working Day via your chosen delivery option.
While we do our best to get your order delivered to you on time occasionally items can take longer to arrive.
Please note that delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed if you require your order
to arrive for a Spacial Occasion please check with us before placing your order.
 
For orders placed with Standard Royal Mail delivery service if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery
time frame we kindly ask you be patient and allow it few extra days before contacting us as Royal Mail
can take up to 12 working days ( UK only ) to deliver in some cases.
 
Royal Mail International Delivery Times vary from county to country you will be shown an estimated delivery time for your
location once you place an order with us. Please note that For orders placed with Standard Royal Mail delivery service 
if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame we kindly ask you be patient and allow it few
extra days before contacting us as Royal Mail can take longer to deliver sometimes. 
 
In spite of some of these unforeseeable circumstances, not under our control, we will always do our best,
to help resolve these problems.

No one at home to receive delivery?

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next
working day or they will drop a card. 
 
This card should contain instructions for you to either collect your order, or arrange delivery at a time that suits yourself.
If you should refuse delivery of goods or are not available to accept the delivery on all delivery attempts,
you will be required to pay the potage costs to resend the item to you.

International Customers may be required to pay an additional return charge plus the postage cost to resend the parcel. 

Customs charges on International Deliveries

Taxes, custom charges and import duties may apply to international deliveries. If they apply they will need to be paid 
before the parcel will be released for delivery. Please note that you will need to meet any additional charges for customs 
clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary from  
country to country, please contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.
